Are you planning on getting photos of you at Starbucks from every country? :) Good to see you can maintain your "habit!"

Your trip reminds me of one I took when I was 16 - same brother and sister-in-law, same Daniel and Jennifer (though much smaller and sans kids!)

love,

I sadly cannot name the landmarks, but I think the cathedral is the one from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Starbucks! Yes- got one right :) You all look like you're having a wonderful time, and I wish Tom, Charlie and I could all be there, too. What fun to hang out with family.

The obvious Paris landmarks are for the Barnes $ Noble Travel Enthusiast, but to know where you took the picture, you'd have to have been there. It looks like your in centre of Mont Martre where all the artists gather (did you get your portrait painted?), and the church would be Sacre Coeur. Be safe at the Metro stations near the Moulin Rouge area as the local businesses are not so wholesome. Welcome to the life of a world traveler mon aimee!

Sounds like you're having a great time!

Sorry - meant Daniel and Michele! (Mid-life moment :) )

Bardos is beautiful - glad you're getting some rest.

Does the French Roast taste the same in Paris at Starbucks as the French Roast in Long Beach? I guess they don't have a Peets there? I've never been to Paree but I know a croissant when i see one!
