Cathedral in Bayonne

On Saturday morning, my Uncle Paul took Daniel and I to Bayonne, which is a town about 20 minutes down the road from Bardos. Here is a cathedral we toured (I think it's called Cathedral de Bayonne, but I'm not sure). I was struck by the beauty and massive size of this place. Being the day before Easter, I pondered how different "church" looks in the US. The buildings here create a sense of reverence that we don't experience in the typical evangelical church. The thought, construction and time taken to create this kind of space left me awestruck.
