Bienvenue to Biena in Bardos! This is my aunt and uncle's home named Biena in the Basque countryside . It is a BEAUTIFUL place that is much quieter than Paris. Below you will see my personal space has expanded significantly. The room I'm staying in has a balcony with this view. Amazing! It is so quiet here and so nice to have my own room that I slept until 1:30 in the afternoon. I don't think I've ever done that in my entire life.
Well, I must get ready for our overnight in Spain. More to come tomorrow. . .
